Recently we received a call from an investor that was looking to upgrade the very outdated cast iron plumbing in their 1930’s home in the heart of Nashville! We get very excited for these projects because we have to take the utmost care of the home to maintain its historical value. We started day one by removing all of the old cast iron sewer lines and carefully disposing of them. We took our time and laid down protective coverings over the floors to protect the original natural hardwood before making our plumbing repairs. Day 2, we started early and started running all the new pipe between the floors in the 2nd and 3rd floors then moved on to the basement. After all the plumbing was repaired and installed in the home, we dug up and replaced the sewer main running to the street. On the final day I finally was able to meet my client Mr. Diaz, face to face, and was able to shake his hand and Walk through the project! He was very impressive with our communication and the turnover on the project! These are the ones that make us love what we do even more!
